  • Standard delivery times within the U.S. typically range from 2–6 business days after dispatch.

  • Expedited shipping options may be available at an additional cost.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update.


Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct. EMPXRE is not responsible for packages sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.


Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Once an order has shipped, EMPXRE is not responsible for carrier delays, lost, or stolen packages.

  • If your package is lost or damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking information.


International Shipping

  • Currently, EMPXRE does not ship internationally.
