SHIPPING POLICY

LOCAL PICKUP (QUAKERBRIDGE MALL LOCATION)
Local pickup orders must be collected within 14 days of purchase from our EMPXRE Boutique location at Quakerbridge Mall, NJ. If pickup arrangements are not made within this period, the order may be canceled, and a 10% restocking fee will apply. We will contact you via email or phone before cancellation to ensure you have an opportunity to schedule pickup.

FAST & RELIABLE SHIPPING
All online orders are processed and shipped within 1–48 hours of being placed (excluding weekends and holidays). Once shipped, your tracking number will be emailed automatically.

Estimated delivery time:

    •    East Coast: 1–3 business days
    •    Midwest/West Coast: 3–5 business days

SHIPPING CARRIERS
All U.S. orders are shipped via UPS or USPS, depending on your location and selected delivery method. At checkout, you will see live carrier-calculated rates based on order weight and destination.
We do not ship to P.O. boxes or freight forwarding addresses.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International shipping is available at checkout. Rates and delivery times vary by country. Please note that customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the customer. EMPXRE is not liable for packages delayed or held by customs. Refunds or cancellations will not be granted due to unexpected import costs or international delivery delays.

SAFE AND SECURE SHIPPING
All packages are carefully inspected and packed prior to shipment. Once your order is handed to the carrier, EMPXRE is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. We recommend selecting a shipping option with insurance and tracking for added protection. If your package arrives damaged or your order is incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at empxreboutique@gmail.com with:
    •    Your order number
    •    Photos of the item and packaging
    •    A short description of the issue

Our team will review your claim and assist with a replacement or store credit if eligible.
