REFUND & RETURN POLICY

At EMPXRE, every piece we offer is limited, hand-selected, and quality-checked before shipment. Because of this, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed — unless the product arrives damaged or the order you received is incorrect.

Damages and Order Issues
We take every precaution to ensure safe and accurate delivery. However, if you receive an item that is damaged or not the product you ordered, please contact us within 3 days of delivery so we can make it right. Email:empxreboutique@gmail.com

Please include your order number, photos of the item and packaging, and a short description of the issue. Once your claim is approved, our team will assist you with a replacement or store credit, depending on item availability.

Non-Returnable Items
Due to the exclusive nature of our inventory, the following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
    •    All limited-release and final sale items
    •    Accessories, hats, and undergarments
    •    Gift cards and promotional items

EMPXRE reserves the right to refuse any return request that does not meet our eligibility requirements.

Shipping & Delivery
We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed once they have been shipped and scanned by the carrier. All shipments are insured; if an issue occurs in transit, we will assist in filing a carrier claim.
